2. Service Description

Perfect Solar Solution provides residential, commercial, and industrial solar panel installation services, consultation, and assistance with government subsidy applications in Rajkot, Gujarat. All service timelines and energy generation estimates are approximate and dependent on site conditions and regulatory approvals.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or savings estimates provided through our interactive tools or by our team are preliminary and subject to change following a physical site inspection. Final pricing will be provided in a formal, written contract before any installation begins.

4. Subsidies and Approvals

While we assist our clients in applying for government subsidies (such as PM Surya Ghar) and grid approvals (PGVCL/GEDA), the final approval and disbursement of subsidies are entirely at the discretion of the respective government authorities. Perfect Solar Solution is not liable for rejected applications or delayed disbursements.

5. Warranties

All solar equipment is covered under the respective manufacturer's warranties. Perfect Solar Solution provides a dedicated installation warranty as outlined in your final service contract. We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, unauthorized tampering, or improper maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Perfect Solar Solution be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
