PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana
The latest national portal scheme provides direct upfront subsidies credited to your bank account after a successful net-metering installation.
Up to 2 kW
Direct Central Government subsidy of ₹30,000 per kW. Total subsidy up to ₹60,000 for a 2kW system.
3 kW System
Includes ₹60,000 for the first 2 kW and ₹18,000 for the 3rd kW. The sweet spot for most residential homes in Gujarat.
Above 3 kW
The maximum PM Surya Ghar subsidy is capped at ₹78,000 regardless of system size above 3 kW for residential households.
